The Tusked Deer, which lives in the Calidus Flatlands, is a common type of game for both the settlers and predators living amongst them. Though mostly timid, their horns and tusks provide a form of protection if their great agility proves insufficient to avert an attack from predators such as the Land Griffon or on some occasions the Peri Wolf.
